Celebrating 20 years of business in Hawaii, the owners of Hawaii Doggie Bakery asked us to help them develop a special logo for their 20th Anniversary celebrations.

Approaching this project, we felt that it was important to develop a logo that was able to harken back to the business’s roots and long standing history/ties to the small business and pet community in Hawaii.

Working off of low res photos of the Bakery’s old packaging and signage, the final design is a throwback to its old store location at the (now former) Ward Warehouse; featuring hand drawn lettering, along with subtle graphic elements reminiscent of the “doggie bone” pattern that used to appear on their product packaging labels.
